He has deployed technology solutions for Commercial, DoD, and Civilian Agencies.  Raul has held technical leadership positions including: Director of IT for Thomson Healthcare (formerly Medical Economics) and VP/CTO for Apartment Search, Inc.  Raul was the founder and Managing Partner of New Media Systems, LLC.  Raul holds a B.S. in Computer Science from New York University and is ITIL v3 certified.
