Logistics. Asset and Property Book Management. CPP Professionals provide property management of durable and property book equipment utilizing the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Organization.  CPP Personnel perform these tasks using automation systems such as the following:  Standard Army Maintenance System, System Access Request, Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced, and Auto-Scan Tracking System. CPP also provides shipping and receiving information on tracked equipment, inventory assistance, documentation on accountable and durable equipment, storage of managed property, transportation of equipment, requisition equipment, transfer of equipment, and turn-in equipment no longer required.

Shipping and Receiving. CPP Personnel are responsible for receiving, unloading, segregating, and examining incoming shipments of material, equipment, and supplies.  CPP Professionals also distribute material,  equipment, and supplies, and submit the necessary paperwork for property accountability purposes. Additionally, CPP Personnel package materials, equipment, and supplies for shipment, and, when needed, construct shipping containers for special equipment.

Facilities Maintenance. CPP provides maintenance and minor repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, and related fixtures and utilities, as needed. These services include, but are not limited to the following:  carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, cement work, painting, and other related trades.

Acquisition Support. CPP’s experienced professionals offer cradle to grave acquisition support, specifically Acquisition Planning, Source Selection, Contract Administration, Contract and Grants Closeout, and Other Acquisition Services. We have a team of contract professionals who bring decades of combined experience and can serve as a ready resource in assisting our clients with their acquisition needs.
